Currently, I am employed at The Studio, the nation’s biggest, boldest and best real estate marketing agency. I’m one of the designers on the National Creative Studio Team for Coldwell Banker responsible for the advertising of the company; along with campaigns aimed at retaining and recruitment of real estate agents to Coldwell Banker. Below are some examples of my work.
The first ad of a proposed advertising campaign for the "Disruptor" Contest held within our department. The ad campaign for Coldwell Banker features a new design by breaking out of the typical boxy layout. The ad concept of focusing on you dreaming of YOUR new home and having YOUR LIVING ROOM, YOUR POOL, etc.
The second ad of proposed advertising campaign for Coldwell Banker. In this ad concept of focusing on you dreaming of YOUR new home and having YOUR POOL, YOUR BACKYARD, etc. I added the tagline "Guiding you home since 1906" to emphasize Coldwell Bankers longevity in the real estate industry,
And finally, the third ad concept of focusing on you dreaming of YOUR new home and having YOUR BACKYARD. Throughout this series of new ad designs I added a light blue gradation coming from the star in the Coldwell Banker logo at the bottom of the ad to emphasize the tagline, "Guiding you home since 1906".
